Leopards are such beautiful creatures! This is Hosana, one of the leopards seen on Safari Live drives on occasion. We spotted him during our last game drive whilst staying at Chitwa Chitwa.

These two couldn’t have posed any nicer if I has asked them. A pair of young male waterbuck seen while on a game drive in South Africa. Oh, how I miss that beautiful place!

Muscle memory is already starting to kick in while I am working my way around photoshop. I was really happy to have the chance to play around with a plugin I haven’t been able to use in a long time; Tonality by MacPhun (now called Skylum Software). I know their Luminar product is supposed to have similar options as the old Creative Kit, but I really liked the speed I could fulfill my vision using the Tonality plugin, and today was no different.

Spotlights can add a strange colour cast to images, and rather than tinkering for ages with colour correction, I moved this to black and white to see how it would look, and loved the result.

This image is a bit of a continuation of yesterday’s Leopards at night theme.
The one difference here is this was shot under a red spotlight, whereas the images shared yesterday were either with a spotlight without a colour filter, or under natural available light. I’ll be working on some more of the images shot under red light shortly, and share them as a separate post.
